CHECK OUT OUR NEW WEBSITE WITH THE LATEST CONTENT. We have completed our work at Pemberton Castle. We restored all of the original windows and built new wood windows as needed. We also built several interior doors and exterior gates. The castle, circa 1890, is located in central Austin and is the home of film director Robert Rodriguez. The blog for inspired travel with children. Friday, October 11, 2013. We drove out to west Texas this summer, and while it was hot hot hot, we still had lots of fun. The scenery is spectacular, with an endless sky, beautiful mountains, and incredible light. After browsing for awhile, we had a great lunch at the Food Shark. Food truck parked next door.
